Dining Table Refinish
Once we have received an order. A customer had a black dining table that had a top damaged. It was a very simple pine black dining table. The customer asked us to refinish the table and to change its color. There was also a beautiful walnut chest of drawers in the dining area, and the customer wanted the table match the chest. The customer also wanted the table legs refinished the same way as the top.
Our skillful and experienced carpenter carefully disassembled the table and sanded the table top, surface underneath the table, and the legs. The table was big, and our carpenter spent many hours sanding and polishing it so that the pine looked very similar to walnut. After that he covered the table with the stain (we work only with the verified companies that make the best stain so our work last for many years). The customer requested to add some additional layers of coating for more protection, and were happy to accommodate that as well - at no additional cost. Finally, the carpenter carefully assembled the parts back, and the table was ready.
It took us around a week to complete the project. Sometimes it takes longer because it largely depends not only on the furniture dimensions but also on the weather. When the weather is warm, the coating dries out quicker than when it rains. As for the pick-up and delivery, we don’t charge extra. We have a truck safe for furniture logistics, making sure nothing happens to precious material during transportation.
