Wooden Veneer Dining Table Refinish

Here at Marina’s Crafts, we refinish of all types of wooden furniture: dining tables, office desks, nightstands, armoires, wardrobes, bureaus, headboards, and much more. We can refinish veneer surfaces as well. There are a lot of wooden tables that have a veneer top. A skillful carpenter should know the process of how to work with veneer table tops. Normally, the wooden layer of veneer is very thin and can easily be broken or worn out. If the surface of a wooden veneer top is damaged, it is extremely hard to repair it. 

Recently we had a project to refinish a large wooden dining table with a veneer table top. Our carpenter Andrey is very experienced and knows how to work with such orders. He started off by carefully removing the old surface with all the scratches, dents and spots and sanding it.

We have a very good selection of stains and we skillfully choose the right color which matched perfectly. Andrey applied the stain and the polish. After that he refinished with the table legs because the customer requested to refinish the whole table.

There are projects where table legs require more work than a top of the table. Very often the legs have different types of ornament. Most of the time Andrey removes the old stain with his own hands, without using a sander. Working with such legs is a careful and precise work which takes much time.

When the refinish of the wooden dining table was done, the table looked amazing - each wooden line revived and shined beautifully.
