Our craft is almost always individual work with specific samples of furniture, and a pleasant component of this work is communicating with very interesting people - owners and connoisseurs of the history and beauty of the space around them. To develop the best technologies and means for the best performance of work, we studied the best materials and technologies in Russia, Italy, and Germany

Marina’s Crafts is a family owned and operated company that specializes but not limited  in wooden furniture refinishing, restoration and reupholstery. Plus, we make new custom furniture for special projects, designers, shopping centers and restaurants. We work commercial and residential.

Marina’s Crafts specialists are skillful professionals with almost 20 years of experience working with wood and sewing new items. The last almost 10 years we have been working in Silicon Valley, California. We know and understand the specific nature of working here in the Bay Area in a highly paced environment especially working commercial with restaurants, shopping centers, architects and designers. 

Now we are EXPANDING. Marina’s Crafts has opened a second location in Plumas Lake, near the Sacramento area. We have the same specialists. Just half of the week we work in the Sacramento area and the other half we are in the Bay Area. We are truly excited about that as we now can do more work and more projects and now we can maintain more competitive prices. 

The rainy season is coming to an end and the time for outdoor commercial projects is approaching. It is time to prepare the business look  for the summer season. We work only with strong but naturally clean products, instead of using a nasty chemical to remove the old finish Marina’s Crafts sands the wood down till it is totally clean and beautiful again. It keeps the wood in a better shape for a much longer period of time. 

We also make custom made tables, benches from slabs and wood planks, custom made flower beds, deck refinishing, and wood restoration. 

Apart from Wooden Furniture refinishing Marina’s Crafts Specializes in furniture upholstery and reupholstery: sofas, dining chairs, armchairs, headboards, restaurant banquets and many more. We replace the padding, springs, foam and of course the fabric. We have a great number of our work photos on this website that you may have a look at.
